Crolot currently ships across serviceable locations within India. Delivery availability depends
on the pin code, courier network coverage, local restrictions, and operational feasibility.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days a er successful payment
confirmation, except on Sundays, public holidays, inventory blackout periods, or announced
sale periods. Indian watch retailers commonly separate order-processing time from delivery

Large launch events, limited-edition drops, festive periods, or unforeseen operational issues
may result in additional processing time.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
A er dispatch, delivery timelines may vary by location. Some Indian watch retailers indicate

4. Shipping Charges

5. Tracking Information
Once the order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, messaging
platform, or through the customer account, where applicable. Customers are responsible for
monitoring shipment updates and being available to receive the package.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, strikes, regional
restrictions, natural events, political disturbances, inaccurate address details, customer
unavailability, high-order volumes, or other causes beyond reasonable control. Crolot shall not
be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or force majeure events.
7. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, valid phone number, and
any necessary landmark or delivery instructions at the time of order placement. Crolot shall
not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or
outdated address information provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Confirmation and Claims
The risk of loss and title in the product shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to
the shipping address provided at checkout. If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or
incomplete at the time of delivery, the customer should record supporting evidence and report
the issue immediately, preferably within 24 hours, in line with common defect-reporting

9. Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to Crolot because of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address,
refusal to accept the parcel, or customer non-availability, re-shipping may be charged
separately. If a refund is approved in such cases, applicable forward and reverse logistics
